"When I first spoke to Beth, I told her she had a "keter shem tov", the crown of a good name. I was excited to meet her and even more excited to see what she was going to do with the 8 floor plans, for each of the 8, multi story buildings I am building in Givat Zeev.
After a rather unexpectedly fast turn around, she came up with a quality of floor plans I've never seen before in Israel. She provided beautifully drawn plans, two options per apartment, standard and upgraded amenities.
She created a system where her plans are in both US and metric standards so any client from the US or elsewhere can understand.
